✅ Easy Returns in Three Steps

Step 1: Send Us an Email
Send us an email with your order number so we can arrange the return for you.

Step 2: Return Your Order
Send the items along with the return instructions you receive via email to the address provided. Make sure the package includes a tracking number. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, and we want to avoid any misunderstandings.

Step 3: Receive the Refund in Your Bank Account
Once we have received the package, we will ensure the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within ten business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in resellable condition

  • All original tags must still be attached

  • Return costs are at your own expense

  • Returns without prior contact will not be accepted

🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size or color, return your product and place a new order.

1. Refund to Gift Card
Want it fast? Choose a digital gift card and receive +15% bonus value. Gift cards are sent within 2-3 working days after processing.

2. Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds to your original payment method take 7–10 working days after we receive and process your return.

📦 Return Costs & Tracking

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Always keep your proof of shipment and tracking number — we are not liable for lost return packages without tracking.

🕒 Processing Time

Once your return arrives, it will be processed within 10 working days. You’ll receive an email once your refund or gift card has been issued. Please allow 2–3 extra days for the amount to appear in your bank account.
